Information we receive
We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, phone number, organisation, enquiry context and any information you enter into an account, tool or form.
The site also processes technical information required to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, session state and security logs. Optional analytics information is collected only after you enable analytics.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand the decision or relationship you are contacting us about, operate and secure the site, provide requested tools or account functions, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. If a different use requires consent, we will ask for it separately.
Advisors, partners and service providers
We may use technology providers to host, secure, monitor and operate the site. We disclose information to advisors, specialists or partners only when it is necessary to evaluate or provide a requested next step, when you have authorised the handoff, or when law requires it.
A regulated or independent provider may have its own privacy notice and engagement terms. Navigate will make that boundary clear before information is transferred for independent delivery.
Storage, security and international processing
Information may be processed in Australia, the United States or other locations used by our approved providers and collaborators. We apply access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
No internet service is completely secure. Please do not include unnecessary highly sensitive, privileged or regulated information in the initial public contact form.
Retention
We retain enquiry, account and engagement information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, continuity of the relationship, security, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. Different records may have different retention periods.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.
You can change optional analytics at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
